How to buy
12 volt outdoor lighting...

Building your own kit can be
fun. Add up the wattage of your lights, and
get a low-voltage transformer that is about 20% more
powerful then you need. This leaves room for
adding more lights as your landscape grows. (Tip:
If your transformer is too small,
your lights will not be bright enough.)
Waterproof connectors and ground stakes will come with
each light. The bulbs are included, may ship
separately, and you will need to install them. You will
only need to order your fixtures, a transformer, and
wire. That's it! (Tip: Light bulbs being
what they are, get a few extras while you're purchasing
your lights...) |

PROFESSIONAL SERIES - Kichler's
Professional Series provides the best options and
flexibility needed for most installations. Output
voltage range will suit most jobs, can be loaded up
to the true maximum rating with no ned to de-rate.
Large 100 amp slanted terminal boards for ease of
installation. Accepts up to ten #12 guage wires
(except 15PR75SS. Features include Stainless Steel
finish, a commercial grade toroid core and coil
submersible rating, optional pluggable timer and
photo-cell (use photo-cell to turn lights on and
off, or use a photo-cell to turn on lights and the
manual timer to shut them off at a given time each
night for best option), plus a lifetime warranty.
