Correct Pricing Policy: Sometimes no matter now hard we try, current prices are not reflected correctly on this website.  (They can change without us even knowing until we order from our growers, etc.)  Whenever possible we will honor the price you see. If necessary though, we reserve the right to not sell an item at the listed price, or contact you regarding the correct price, and let you decide if you wish to pay the corrected price.  Thank you for understanding this rare event!

Shipping Policy

   Most items ship same or next business day.  Irrigation supplies take a few extra days.    Water garden kits ship next day.  Outdoor lighting takes about a week for Vista to assemble your choice of lights and ship.  Dormant plants when in stock ship next day.  Our fresh dug plants take 1-2 weeks to ship, as the growers must dig and wash them, and send them out.

Warrantee ~ Refund ~ Return Policy

    Our products guaranteed by the manufacturer, and we will be happy to help you replace any products under warrantee. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST!  Some items you will need us to request a return number from the manufacturer.  They will then send you a replacement.  You may need to send your item to them first. Items guaranteed by the manufacturer will (most likely) need to be sent to THEM, not us. But again, CONTACT US FIRST!  Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned for cash or exchanges because you ordered incorrectly, or changed your mind (might) subject you to a 20% restocking fee.  Our plants are guaranteed by us to arrive healthy.  Please take care of them!  Rarely is there anything wrong with them. The most common problem is planting something too deep!  Remember, they are bare-root and take extra care (water) the first year, or until established.  Fresh dug wildflowers may not come up the first year.  Dormant ones will.  Perennials will always come up, any time of year.  Should you feel your plants are not coming up as they should, water them more often!  (And call us 877-657-0880 - we can help.) Dormant plants can take a while to wake up, and some wildflowers if they have emerged once this year, will not emerge until next spring.
